August 26, 2009 -- The law firm of Blanco Tackabery & Matamoros, P.A. is pleased to announce that Elliot A. Fus has joined the firm as an associate in its Winston-Salem office. Elliot focuses his practice on business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, commercial landlord-tenant matters, construction and real estate disputes, and insurance coverage issues. He has substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation, as well as with private arbitrations. In addition, Elliot is a certified Superior Court mediator. He received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Elliot practiced for 10 years in the Complex Business Litigation department of a major international law firm.
