October 21, 2009 -- The law firm of Blanco Tackabery & Matamoros, P.A. is pleased to announce that Elizabeth P. Foley has joined the firm as an associate in its Winston-Salem office. Elizabeth focuses her practice on real estate transactions financed through HUD-insured loans and the use of federal and state tax credits, including low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and energy tax credits. She received her B.A., cum laude, from The University of the South, and her J.D. from The University of North Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced law at Bryan Cave in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth is currently licensed to practice in New York and Washington, D.C. and will sit for the North Carolina bar in February 2010.
