Blanco Tackabery Combs & Matamoros, P.A. aspires to nurture and mentor all associates. Since all associates are hired with the expectation that they will become future shareholders, the firm has an earnest desire to see that all associates develop the skills, experience, ethics, responsibility, self initiative and sense of urgency necessary for a quality practice of law. To meet this goal of professional development, each new associate is assigned a mentor whose role is to be the associate's source of substantive guidance and moral support. The firm also encourages associates to actively continue their legal education and allocates significant resources for the associates to use in this pursuit.
