Bo has been with Blanco Tackabery since 1988. Bo's practice is concentrated primarily in the area of business litigation, with an emphasis on creditor's rights enforcement. He also practices in the areas of municipal law, zoning, bankruptcy and advises a number of federal credit unions on regulatory matters. He advises local municipal boards on zoning and planning issues. He represents a number of banks and credit unions, as well as a variety of businesses and individuals, in collections and related matters.  

Bo devotes a great amount of time to civic, non-profit and church activities. He is a past Board Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western North Carolina, and has served on its board since 1994. He is a member of the Lewisville Civic Club and the Lewisville United Methodist Church, where he serves as the Chairperson of the Administrative Council and teaches Sunday School. He is a former high school French teacher. He has been married to his wife, Beth, since 1983 and has two children.
